Mars is a Master of Computer Science student at Dalhousie University, supervised by Dr. Stephen Brooks. Her areas of expertise include game development, computer graphics, high-performance computing, and computational physics. She is currently working on a North Atlantic right whale simulation, intended to be a tool for scientists and a method of conducting public outreach.
